Our FLO-BOSS® 1810 Series fixed orifice manual balancing valves are faster and easier to set because they do not require any special calculators or meters. Integral pressure temperature ports provide a direct readout across the orifice; optimum flow is quickly and accurately determined by simply measuring the differential pressure. NIBCO® FLO-BOSS® fixed orifice solder end manual balancing valves also provide an isolation function for system maintenance, with an integral memory stop feature allowing the system to be returned to its retained settings once maintenance is complete.
• The FLO-BOSS® 1810 Series fixed orifice manual balancing valves are dezincification-resistant and feature integral pressure temperature ports and memory stop. Direct system readings are taken across the orifice, with no special calculators or meters required. The FLO-BOSS 1810 Series provides 1440-degree of throttling adjustment, resulting in precise setting of system flow, and is also capable of providing system isolation for maintenance with an integral memory stop feature allowing the system to be returned to its retained settings once maintenance is completed.
