Tri-State Industrial Solutions is an individually owned, local company serving 3 locations - two in Pennsylvania and one in Maryland. We've been serving companies like yours since 1941.
Our main focus in Western / Central Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia has been to function as a full-line industrial and contractor supply house.
We pride ourselves on being a service-oriented company, catering to the individual needs of our customers, large or small.
Our employees are all trained and knowledgeable in the latest technologies available in the marketplace. Our employee service record speaks for itself. Currently, we have a team of over 18 professionals who, between them, have over 400 years of experience working with the company providing quality products and service.
Our Sales Staff Is Ready to Help You
We are a full-line distributor of industrial MRO supplies, as well as a supplier of pipes, valves, and fittings.
Our sales team includes outside salespersons with territorial responsibilities and an assigned inside salesperson to handle orders and quotes. All are assisted by a customer service representative to help with account information, returns, and expediting.
The Altoona location - focusing on the MRO marketplace - is complete with a showroom and approximately 25,000 square feet of warehouse space with over $750,000 dollars in inventory. Altoona also serves as the corporate headquarters, which handles all A/R, A/P, and invoicing.
Variety of repair tools
The Slippery Rock location - focusing on the PVF market - has approximately 8,000 square feet of open warehouse space with over $400,000 in inventory. All pipe inventories are kept inside - out of the weather - at both locations.
We utilize our own fleet of trucks and vans, in addition to other common delivery sources. You'll be glad to know that we have weekly delivery schedules that enable us to service you at least once a week, if not more.
An inter-company truck provides weekly transfer between locations to offer all customers access to Tri-State’s complete inventory.

We have a new showroom area in Altoona fully stocked with most of your everyday needs.
This 50,000 square feet area is designed for our customers to pick up commonly used industrial products and to see what’s new in our product mix. Millions of products are available.
Our counter salespersons are experienced with all of the products we sell and are capable of answering questions and solving problems. If you don’t see a product or haven’t heard us mention a specific item, we more than likely still have it available.
