• The NIBCO® bronze horizontal swing check valve has a Y-pattern design with renewable Buna-N seat and disc. The swing check valve prevents backflow by automatically closing when fluid reverses direction. The check valve is recommended for fire protection trim valve service.
• The bronze check valve features threaded end connections for ease of installation. It features a screw in bonnet for accessibility to repair or replace parts. Swing checks may be installed in horizontal positions (or vertical with flow moving up).
